Interims Manager (m/f) with tax focus
With around 1000 employees and currently 500 freelance consultants, we support companies in implementing their IT projects.

For one of our customers in Nürnberg we are looking for a TInterims Manager (m/f) with tax focus on a freelance basis
Aufgabenbeschreibung:

• Support establishment of a tax organization and tax processes for a Carve-out
• Establishment of a transfer pricing strategy and policy; develop operational guidelines
• Define & deal with German & international tax issues as they arise in process of the establishment and start of operations of the Carve-out

Anforderungen:

• Certified tax adviser preferred Broad expertise in German and international tax law, covering CIT, WHT, VAT and Payroll tax
• Experience in Transfer Pricing
• Good understanding of requirements & approaches of a in-house tax function in respect of compliance, processes and governance (domestic and foreign entities)
• Hands on approach; used to work in evolving & volatile company environment
• Fluent in English
