For one of our clients we are looking for a Contracts Manager.Description:
• Perform contract management activities for English and German written IT outsourcing contracts
• Align and execute contract changes of IT-outsourcing contracts (outsourcing, SaaS, cloud and other enterprise agreements) and supervise complete Contract Change Management Process
• Align and maintain the content of contracts, keep contracts updated and control the implementation, fulfilment and compliance by the service provider
• Act as the primary contact between project teams and/or business units, procurement and legal department, ensuring that all legal, service descriptions and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Perform vendor management activities like preparing respective supplier review meetings incl. creation and evaluation of relationship surveys
• Development and integration of contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement
• Create Business value by steering costs and create innovative saving measures
