My client is a leading communications company and require a Service Manager to interface between IT and the field of customer operations full time
.
Role
:
*Error management process coordination with external suppliers
*Assistance in controlling the internal and external process participants/stakeholders
*Assistance in the management of incident management independent system analysis
*Quality Check Delivered Reports
*management-capable processing of billing issues based on cause-and-effect chain
*Prioritization of topics together with the department (active)
*Execution/evaluation of interface controls
*Recognizing necessary optimization measures and processing them
*Optimization measures Billing Operations
*Control of the process based on the given KPIs, poetic communication of risks

Experience
*Know how in risk management
*Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
*Distinct prioritization (distinction between urgent/important etc.)
*very good telecommunication know-how
*sovereign appearance and communication strength
*Pronounced process thinking

Nice to have but not essential
*Deep System Know How and understanding of the influencing processes (E2E view)
*Offshore Know How and Experience
