Business Analyst Salesforce CRM:Job Description Details :
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience and atleast 3-4 years of strong experience of playing a role of a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Salesforce experience
- Good knowledge of salesforce.com and especially sales cloud preferably with appropriate certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Dev 401, Marketing Cloud )
- Previous implementation experience on lead to order process
- Previous integration experience
Good communication and documentation skills (English must, German nice to have)
Leadership skills
Ability to independently lead & manage workshops with multiple stakeholders
Ability to get consensus and align a group of diverse stakeholders
Proactive go getter who can achieve results
nice: knowledge in working in waterfall and/or agile methodologies
