IT Transition & Transformation Project Manager - Contract - Germany
One of Darwin's direct clients is currently undergoing a large scale IT Systems Transformation for their global European operations. They are looking for a proven IT PM with experience in Transition & Transformation programmes to join them on a Freelance basis an help them successfully achieve their goals
This is a 12-18 month programme and the role will require an onsite presence 5-days a week in their Berlin offices. Main working language is English
Some of the key aspects of this role include:
- Creation of Transition Plans including Knowledge Transfers, Testing Plans, etc..
- Definition of Transition Phases including Tech, Geography, etc...
- Communication Management between various parties (outsourcing, IT, etc..)
- Ensuring a timely delivery of defined transition phases
- Ongoing Risk Assessment
- Stakeholder Management, Steerco meetings, etc...
My client is looking for a PM who can demonstrate a proven track record in large scale programmes which have involved multiple sites across various locations and with a user base of 20-30,000+ users globally.
This is a greatly organised client with a well defined road map for their programme and will offer an excellent opportunity in terms of contract length, project scope and future possibilities.
