One of the leading financial companies is currently seeking for a Project Manager to work on a 6 month rolling contract in Frankfurt, Germany.
The project scope will include MaRisk/BAIT/GDPR will introduce more strict definitions and more strict regulatory requirements around Outsourcing of IT-Software and IT-Services. These will require more strict monitoring & control of the affected Vendors & Contracts. This project should ensure the compliance of the clients new regulations to avoid findings & fees from internal & external audits. BAIT regulations are already applicable; MaRisk AT 9 will be applicable from 31.10.2018.
As a Project Manager, you will need to be skilled within the following:
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in contract management & negotiation
- Detailed knowledge about MaRisk, BAIT and GDPR
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong coordination and communication skills
SKILLS REQUESTED
- Project Management Certification (eg PRINCE 2)
- Experience in Regulatory-related projects in both, national and international context
- User experience with ARIBA contract management system
