Your Skills
- As a BA for our cusomer you should have a vision, set up a backlog, identify the stakeholders, set priorities, define maintenance vs projects
- A sound understanding of software development and good technical skills to communicate with engineers
- Keen to work with best-practice agile development methods - prior experience in this field is definitely a plus
- Experience in defining use cases and deriving user stories
- Ability to make recommendations on the basis of incomplete information
- Experience in adjacent fields, eg Accounting, Payment, Provider Management, User Care is of advantage
- A degree or equivalent is mandatory; a degree in computer science, economics or other similar field would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills combined with fluency in English and German
Your Tasks
- Background: a team of 3 developers and many potential business unit neutral topics that should be worked on as a central service for business units
- You are respnsonsible eg for the Complaint App (to take down bad content within 24h)
- You're also resp. for the inquiry app (to collect data from all over the company)
- The developer team maintains and builds these services
- Several old apps and sections need to be maintained, improved, analysed
