Project Manager (German & English speaking) - SAP ERP - Business Process runs - Agile - GERMANY
Our client, the world's largest investor owned power and gas company are urgently seeking a strong IT Project Manager with Agile project management experience (SCRUM Master) and proven experience with major Business Processes runs in SAP ERP environments (essential).
The successful candidate will be responsible for running x3 ECR renewables projects (eg Third Party Supplier Process, SAP MRS roll-out...)
Responsibilities:
- Leading 3 smaller Renewables projects (eg Third Party Supplier Process, SAP MRS roll-out...)
- Ongoing scoping by using agility methods (eg SCRUM, eSAFE)
- Ongoing controlling the project progress in sprints and control progress with consumed and available project budget
- Excellent liaison with the main stakeholders and Product Managers of the agile projects
- Keep Product Owners motivated and explain interdependencies to support correct decisions
- Keep the fast pace and direct the dynamic inside Sprints
- Keeps the motivation in Scrum teams high
- Build strong collaboration with Application Management and support (SAP ERP)
Essential Skills:
- German & English speaking
- Agile project management experienced (SCRUM master)
- Knowing major Business Process runs in SAP ERP environment
- Experienced in working with virtual teams in different time zones (US, Europe, India)
- Track keeping of proceeding customer obligation work (eg prototype testing, follow the implemented functions...)
- Being able to communicate the demands of user, customers to SAP ERP application support and -management
- After being introduced by Application Management and Support knowing which activities using SAP ERP needs to be performed with the correlating effort and with which timeline
- Ability to listen to user stories and transform the request into IT demands that are understandable for business and IT user
- Strong communication skills in fluent English
- Building bridges for user requests which needs to be solved mainly by organizational processes
- Strong ability of augmenting, if requests are not in correlation with the overall high level scope
- Ability to collaborate with product owners and set different requirements in correlation of the 'whole'
