Skill Set:
Execute the role of the Business Analyst in the GPS 2.0 project
Identify requirements of business stakeholders
Create specifications (mock-ups, UI spec, etc.)
Perform DCO sessions with OBT, IT and Business stakeholders
Execute Business Review Sessions after sprint completion
Align with Solution Architects on scope/feasibility
Execute Test & Tell Sessions
Execute UAT incl. test case preparation
Obtain end-user access authorization requirements/assignment
Provide training team with the understanding of the GPS 2.0 application
Align with AGCS practice leaders
Align with Program Bas
Mandatory Skills -
Business analysis within industrial insurance environments
Fluent written and spoken insurance English
Moderation and negotiation skills
Self-directed
Hands-on
Strong communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
Ability to build working relationships in a complex environment.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and application development processes/Pega.
Experience with respect to SIT and UAT
