Task:• Ensure that the Service, SW and HW products needed for the new digital workplace service are available in the catalogue when deployment starts
• Integrate Windows 10 related products into the ServiceNow catalogue
• Define the structure of the newly needed products together with the solution architects and the various stakeholders, including the internal service owners and internal Catalogue Manager
• Implement intermediate solutions where release / change timeframes prevent long term implementation
• Help to manage internal alignment between the Digital Workplace and customers ServiceNow programmes
Requirements (Must have):
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
• Solid knowledge of catalogue management
• Project management skills
• Experience of working with service providers
• Basic understanding of Microsoft cloud based desktop service models
• Fluent english
Soft skills:
• Good communication skills
• Strong negotiator
• Solution based attitude mediating between implementation projects and strategic process owners
• Very good German and English skills
• Structured, self-driven attitude, focussed on fast and pragmatic delivery of results
