Aufgabe:• Complexity-reducing processing, structuring and documentation of extensive issues
• Creation of presentations on professional strategies for the target group management and specialist departments, predominantly in the format MS PowerPoint
• Contributing to the maintenance and structuring of the project in the used applications
• Support for central services, e.g. for risk management, reporting, fixing dates
• Supporting the team in organizational matters
• Supporting the project manager in all organizational matters
• Supporting the project manager on the tasks (tracking)
• Project location Madrid
• Travel activities within Europe (up to 10%)
Anforderung:
• Experienced project assistant
• Self-driven communication skills
• Several years of experience in projects
• Very good stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish
Wünschenswert:
• Experience with projects in large corporations
• Experience in international projects
