System Landscape Analyst & Automation Expert
For this technical requirement the aim is to mix both internal experts that know the systems as well as external experts that understand working in large system-landscapes, implement iterative improvements, have a broad expertise across technologies (Java, .NET, Python) and have the seniority and practical experience to to navigate complex IT systems.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Analyse process steps, stakeholders and interfaces
Assess underlying systems that are supporting the process
Implement small improvements where feasible that have a direct impact on the productivity or efficiency of a team
Advise on best practices both for way of working as well as to improve daily work for people in the process
Map, document and specify current processes & steps involved resulting in a full map of the current process chain
Minimum requirements:
Can dive quickly and comprehensively into large system & process-landscapes independent of technologies
Good understanding of complex architectures & landscapes
Strong business analysis, process analysis skills, with preference for experience in Lean/Six-Sigma
Are comfortable making small- to medium-sized changes to existing systems with a focus on process-improvement and automation
Are experienced in working in a high-performance organization/agile environment
Strong understanding and experience with state-of-the-art technology and what is possible today
