Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden suchen wir:
Tasks:
• Project description: Optimize the overall Database landscape and product usage for
• Conduct analysis about the current usage of Database products in the company, in order to define the right approach and the concrete possibilities to optimize it.
• Conduct the analysis in all countries in all areas, to create an overall business case on level and to plan the Database optimization measures everywhere. It is not in the scope of the project to conduct the measures.
• The project manager is responsible to organize and coordinate among the areas and to suggest common approaches, where it makes sense as well as to create the overall business case, taking care about the region specific topics.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Create project timeline defining tasks, resources, and critical path.
• Define the work packages and work with sponsor to assign work package leaders.
• Ensure reporting of project status and success and track budget
• Identify and resolve risks and issues to project.
• Plan, staff and manage the delivery of the project in collaboration with regional units.
• Work closely with other team members to define and deliver projects
Skills:
• Extensive knowledge in Database management systems, including Oracle, MS SQL, etc. acquired in diverse project implementations.
• Several years of progressive project management experience
• Persuasiveness, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build up good and trustful relations with key counterparts on business and IT side
• Experienced in varied software development project methodologies.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter; collaborative; problem-solver
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
• English language skills
Start date: 09.04.2018
End date: + Option
Locations: Essen, Visit regional units to establish working relationship, e.g. Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, Romania, UK.
Volume: 500 hours onsite, 700 hours offsite, 100 hours travel time
