Role- Hadoop Platform Specialist (m/f)
Hiring Mode-Contractual
Duration- 6 months
Location-Düsseldorf, Germany
Language- English and German
• Support the platform support transition from existing team to the Wipro Platform support team
• Hadoop platform Support (Maintain DB Uptime Service)
• Application of Hotfixes & Patches
• Support movement of Dev code to Prod after necessary checks
• Supporting Development & Test Activities by provisioning and refreshing data
• Preparing and packaging production-ready code modules for staging
• Conducting code reviews
• Performance Tuning
• Manage User Access to the platform
• Monitor and alert of Usage in terms of Disk IO/CPU/Memory and identify specific processes applying Load to the Hadoop platform and components
• Guide development team on technical issues, development standards. Emphasis on identifying and adopting reusable components
English and German speaking and writing skills are MUST and Mandatory
