Aufgaben:
- IAM PM for Requirement Engineering and Process Design Consulting
- Collect all tech/bus requirements
- Manage implementation process
- Align with business, technical architects, supplier organization
- Total ownership of gathering requirements and pursuing a proposal from the customers preferred suppliers
- Delivery of the implementation plan and close coordination and governance of the customers suppliers delivering the project

***Onsite Stunden pro Woche 40; Offsite Stunden pro Woche 10; gesamt 50h pro Woche***
Skills:
- Expertise in a common approach for requirements engineering
- Excellent analytical skills; capability to own, maintain, synchronize, summarize, organize and track high volumes of requirement data - Experience in process design based on requirements and information gathered in workshops
- Familiar with the use of appropriate tools (e.g. JIRA/OnTrack or HP-QC) for requirement management
Soft Skills:
- Excellent moderating, communication, and presentation skills
- Able to communicate clearly accross of levels of interaction with colleagues and management.
