NextLink is a Swiss IT consultancy company that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 years.
NextLink is currently looking for a Business Analyst - Telecom IT Domain to work for a well-known Telecom based in Munich, Germany.
Must have:
- Business fluency in German, English
- Strong Working experience in Telecom IT domain, especially in Number management/portability area (preferably having knowledge in Germany telecom regulations), BSS/CRM
- Functional knowledge of Java concepts: ability to convert business requirements
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Business Requirement analysis/Design Development (experience in coordinating with different IT/Business groups for gathering and analysing requirement/IT impacts, creating solution specification documents and user stories, verify solutions developed from user/business requirement perspective)
- Working with cross-location teams [onshore/offshore] to support in interfacing with customers and remote teams
- Understanding of IT high level architecture, different Web/Batch etc. data interfaces and integration, ERD
- Ability to give an understanding to convert IT requirements
- How systems are integrated
Desirable:
- Working experience in Technical/Functional transformation projects (eg technical platforms upgrades/migrations, functional rationalization, IT/Business process automation)
- Working experience in workflow modelling tools, Frontend design concepts, Java design patterns
