PMO support for the Retail Data Strategy Team
Your tasks:
Project management part, ensure consistency, strategy, planning and reporting:
Control and coordinate program processes, quality and performance
Promote efficiencies by providing and managing a shared administrative service
Coordinate projects: synchronize, resolve issues & share knowledge
Promote efficiencies by providing a shared administrative service
Mobilisation & communication part, broad understanding of necesarry changes (what, why):
Mobilise (political) stakeholders
Stakeholder map and events
Communicate: daily reports, weekly updates, communication activities (newsletter) and events (kick-offs, launches)
Your profile:
Expert at Project/ Program Management Office
Expert at communication planning and stakeholder management
Experience in consulting and presenting
Fluent in German and English
Basic parameters:
Duration: 15.01.2018 - 31.05.2018
Volume: 40 hours per week
Location: Essen
