For our customer in North Rhine-Westphalia we're looking for a Service Deliver Manager (m/f).
Project tasks:
- Make GAP analysis between requirements / expectations and our internal capabilities
- Estimate the effort for filling the GAPs with the internal involved technical departments
- Consulting and develop alternatives to close the GAP
- The service offers are presented to the customers with the aim of finding and coordinating / consulting a common solution
- Consulting for implementation of the agreed solutions with the responsible technical departments
- Consulting and develop project specific Operational Models based on the available frameworks
- Consulting and support Partnership Office in developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Skills required:
- Experiences in business and GAP analysis
- ITIL certified
- Fluent English is mandatory
