SharePoint Developer (f/m)

For our client we are looking for a SharePoint Developer (f/m) on a freelance basis.
Project start: ASAP
Project duration: 1.5 years
Location: Bayreuth
Main tasks:
* Advising our internal departments on the optimal use of SharePoint
* Strategic development of our SharePoint solutions
* Requirements analysis and conception of MS SharePoint applications, workflows and authorization concepts in collaboration with the departments and key users
* Supervision of the change management process for all SharePoint changes
* Organization of User Acceptance Tests and Business Support (training, administration, teaching material)
* Participation in projects around the topic Enterprise Content Management
Skills:
* Successfully completed economics or IT related studies or comparable training with several years of professional experience
* At least 3 years of experience in the implementation and operation of SharePoint applications
* Very good knowledge of SharePoint features, architecture and customization (2010 and 2013 versions)
* Good knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL)
* The ability to work in an international multicultural team, social skills and assertiveness
* High motivation and willingness to perform
* Strong communication skills
* Willingness to go on occasional business trips
* Languages: English (business fluent), German is a plus
* Experience in the energy industry is an advantage
