Task description
• Review contractual documents including important cornerstones with regard to planning, process, finance and legal
• Responsible for getting customer signatures on the newly created contracts
• Close collaboration with the team and the service owners to handle customer feedback before signing
• Quality check on order agreements regarding design standards and correctness Single point of contact to the customers after order agreement creation until order agreement signing

Your profile
• Handling of enterprise contracts and order agreements in the past
• Experience as contract manager
• Legal background preferred
• Fluent in English and German
