IT Produktmanager/ Scrum Master (m/w)Für einen namhaften Kunden in München suchen wir aktuell einen Front-end IT Produktmanager /Scrum Master (m/w) und einen Back-end Produktmanager/ Scrum Master (m/w).
Front-end: Entwicklung und Architektur von Mobilen Apps und Web.
Back-end: Business Login, Content Login, etc.
Für dieses Projekt ist sehr gute Kenntnisse von English Sprache erforderlich.
Your Duties:
- Focus on execution, get "stuff" delivered by the team and across multiple teams
- Coordinating/orchestrating the work distributed across multiple teams to get features/shippable increments pushed live
- Ensuring that the team is fully functional and productive, and continuously improve their delivery capability
- Ensuring that the Scrum/Agile process is understood, respected, adapted and continuously improved
- Enabling close collaboration within the team and beyond
- "Protecting" the team from distraction during the sprint to increase team focus on development tasks
- Removing Impediments
Your Skills:
- You have several years of experience with product engineering/development and delivery
- Your background is in depth technical with programming and architecture.
- You have a passion for scaling agile, including organizational topics and leadership and
- You can engage with teams to improve ways of working, as well as with management and the whole organization to develop products effectively.
- You are familiar with the following Processes und Practices:
Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Xp, Lean, Devops, Continuous integration/delivery, Test driven development

Dauer: 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung
