Task:Quality Management /-Perfomance Analysis CRM & Sale (Pay-TV)
• Independent execution of quantitative and qualitative analyzes of the course of business in the areas of CRM & Sales
• Definition, interpretation and provision of business ratios in regular reports
• Presentation of insights as well as derivation of recommendations for action or potentials vis-à-vis the management
• Monitoring of commercially important KPIs
• Business Forecasting and forecasting and planning of hardware, e.g. receivers
• Assessment and optimization of commercial activities
Requirements (Must have):
• Development of Communication Standards & 1 Tone of Voice: Language & Layout Guide Book
• Ensure clean technical processes through error cause analysis and removal (Processes & IT)
• Creation & implementation of document control checklists
• KPI Controlling (With FTI1), Removal of non-value activities. Focus on criticalities and report deviation.
• Consolidation and integration of Customer Feedback from MBI MAFOS; CS Performance Team
