Turkey Access Regional PMOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Turkey Access Regional PM to join their business in Germany
Position Title: Turkey Access Regional PM
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: January 2018
Duration: 3 month rolling

Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the subproject organisation in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution and closing done according to project processes and principles
- Executing the subproject according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget.
- Responsibility for preparing, planning, executing and closing the sub project level
- Day-to-day operative project (roll-out) planning with rollout management tools (ISDP, WMSTI), monitoring and reporting, i.e. project (roll-out) schedules, progress and resources
- Ensure implementation of Delivery Packages and site acceptance
- Plan and communicate accurate rollout demand figures for project demand planning (equipment & resources)
- Ensure that all project (roll-out) targets are met e.g. progress, quality and cost by using global tools, interfaces and standard site process milestones
- Full responsibility for the scope, cost, resource, communication, risk, procurement and quality management of the project
- Lead and monitor the sub project including partner/subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Telecommunication industry
- Rich experience in customer relationship management
- Cost, profitability and risk management expertise
- Project planning and reporting high level of knowledge
- Experience in fixed network projects
- Fluency in German language is a must
