Application Support Analyst for international Team
* assess incidents and support requests within the Project,
* identify or engineer resolution path, and take the needed action achieve the solution,
* communicate and coordinate task with relevant stakeholders (users, partner resolver groups, internal process stakeholder),
* take care/support of selected Trader users (business relevant) on end-user issues,
* proceed infrastructural or application changes with change assessment and testing.
Production, delivery and update of IT documentation for the in-scope managed application/services
* produce required documentation as part also of initial knowledge transfer,
* update, document and keep in order application documentation and best practices in case of known problems.
*Profiles are welcome in german or English.
