STB Test Coordinator - German speaking - Germany
A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a STB Test Coordinator to join a global consultancy based in Germany. This is a contract Opportunity to start immediately for a duration of minimum 6 months with extension
Experience - Test Coordinator/Test manager, must have strong STB testing hands on as well.
- Big ISP - multi country - working knowledge
- STB testing knowledge exposure.
- Organize multi country TFTs. ( Trial field tester)
- Take care of managing the TFT, TFT field user survey and E2E SI for the assigned countries dealing with stakeholders via reporting, analysis of the defects reported, ensure prioritization, follow-ups and Triage.
- Will work closely with STB TFT country testers to monitor the country TFT and provide all management support.
- Seek inputs from STB TFT Tester, field user surveys, E2E SI to prepare TFT reports.
- Run survey within TFT field user groups to capture user experience inputs on the STB and ensure translation to JIRA.
- Must speak German.
