Beschreibung

This is a pivotal role within our clients Customer Experience Profession and will play a key part in evolving and improving the experience for my clients' customers by providing quantitative and qualitative insights into the behaviour of customer/user groups.

The successful candidate will be a business analyst/consultant with a keen interest in understanding the behavioural motivations that drive change in client organisations.

You will be driven by the commercial and practical application of behavioural insights to organisational challenges. As well as bringing a rigorous, academically-grounded, approach they will be highly-adaptable, pragmatic and focused on business outcomes.

This includes working at the pace required on a transformation programme.

The individual will be intrinsically motivated to apply and develop their expertise as a behavioural insights consultant on challenging programmes.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years business analysis/consultancy/researcher experience
  • Background in quantitative and qualitativeanalysis and research
  • A keen interest in behavioural science and how this can improve transformation programmes
  • Ability to translate behavioural insights into practical & commercial applications
  • A flair for consultancy problem solving
  • Excellent people skills, not least to build relationships and be a confident and fluent communicator (eg to facilitate large groups and making difficult academic research easily understood)
  • Excellent analytical skills
