Qualifications
In order to succeed in this position, you have university education with relevant focus or equivalent work experience.
You possess excellent networking and communications skills.
You find it easy to lead and structure projects.
Experience in project management or similar tasks is meritorious.
Fluently in English and German both written and oral.
Primary Responsibilities
The key purpose of the position is to manage the strategy execution.
This includes coaching different stakeholders when preparing action plans, acting as a key user for different tools and leading specific projects.
The position also includes;
Coaching and following up the strategy implementation
Reporting the progress of strategic action plans
Taking responsibility in projects and initiatives that need to be taken forward but that no one is fully responsible for
Developing and acting as a key user for Performance Dashboard and Roadmapping tool
Project Analysis
Sharing best practices
Other Service PMO-related roles and responsibilities identified along the way
