Our customer is changing its internal organization and staff is changing roles. Due to the changes some employees now need to be made ready to train others (new on the job) = Train the Trainer for novices
Project Scope:
The trainer/coach shall create a concept to support this and shall coach those amateur trainers to do the trainings (in business topics)
Trainings will be held as WebEx, Face2Face, Floor walking
This resources is not meant to conduct massive trainings himself, but enable others.
Skill Requirements:
Must have:
Extensive Training experience (conception, content generation + training execution)
Familiar with typical formats (WebEx, Face2Face, Floor walking) virtual and classroom
Coaching abilities
Independent and structured
Excellent English skills
Nice to have:
German and French on trainer level
Insurance/Financial industry experience (business processes such as underwriting, claims, etc.)
The Trainer will be needed 2 days per week
