We are currently recruiting for our client, growing German ICT solutions company. Focusing on broadband solutions and infrastructure delivery.

Position Title: Sales Manager
Position Type: Permanent
Start Date: October 2017
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and obtaining new partners, maintaining strong relationships for both existing and potential partners (B2B).
- Carry a sales quota generated through channel sales - structuring and negotiating complex deals with strategic partners and managing the relationships on-going
- Resolve partner pain points and implement performance improvement programs in a collaborative manner
- Leverage company’s executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 4 + years of experience in IT or ICT B2B solution sales / business development (ideally some fiber product experience).
- Flexible to travel on a daily basis.
- Drive a specified number of partner sales leads per partner per month and achieve the target revenue
- Fluency in English, native German.
