HRIS Manager urgently required for a role in Cologne, Germany. You must have experience in atleast 2 full cycle implementations on SaaS solutions preferably SuccessFactors.
Role
- Get instance landscape in place to facilitate controlled road to live
- Get mechanisms in place to keep configuration, data sets, roles & permissions synchronized and up to date
- Make sure that documentation and configuration are in sync and get procedures in place to keep this in sync
- Clean up access rights and get procedure in place to keep this under control
- Set up and implement change control procedure for SF
- Implement road to live concept including communication to community (business & IT) and training for business & IT
- Deliver and implement clear standard for the handover from projects to Managed operations
- Get the most out of new releases via release management process
Profile
- Builder' with experience with setting up Managed Operations of SaaS solutions preferably SAP SF
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, communication, release)
- Strong stakeholder management
- Clear communicator
- Knowledge of German
