Stellenbeschreibung:
Assist the Transition Director and Transition Manager in ongoing program through tracking and maintaining program actions, governance and reports. This role can scale into a more senior role as the transition program enters BAU. To work very closely with the Transition Manager without disrupting the current team dynamic to ensure thata) Joint Weekly reports are complete and accurately reflect the latest position for the Tower Leads of EDC, NW, ITSM, EWP and UHDb) To chase all clientâ??s outstanding actions that TCS requires to be completed to achieve TCS tasksc) The Blocker, Risk and Action logs are chased up and ensure their status is up to date, also ensure any work arounds if required are in place d) Drive the fortnightly Risk Workshops for reporting each week to the CIO and the weekly governance meetings

Erforderlich:
a) To own and manage the Program Management Quality Planb) Be adaptive to the changing needs in the program and comfortable in taking on additional roles.c) Be proactive is supporting the Transition Manager and the BAU Manager who both directly report to the Transition Director
