Beschreibung

My client based in Frankfurt, Germany requires a PMO to assist in delivering a Global Change and Communication programme.

The communications scope covers all programme topics, multiple projects, multiple technologies, internal and external audiences and all countries in which the client operates. This is a significant and challenging package of work. The complexity and breadth of this requires an experienced and resilient character.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Change Leads and Communications Manager In delivery of workpackage objectives
  • Support workpackage project management, including materials, reporting and tracking
  • Act as coordinator for communication activities which may include set up, logistics, planning and recording delivery progress/success, content and information management and liaising with the Programme Management Office teams.
  • Manage and support content development
  • Manage and support library and content management
  • Input to and support large events including planning, logistics, objectives, content inputs, feedback and outputs, success measures and lessons learned
  • Support communication requirements gathering as a result of design, change impact assessment or any other project/workstream milestones and input points to Organisation Readiness

Skills and Qualifications:

You will have:

  • Excellent communication skills including competence with MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio and other content creation tools
  • Proven experience working in a role where communication of complex concepts to wide user groups was required
  • Understanding of project management
  • Understanding of change management
  • Interest in technology and technology change projects
  • Excellent oral communication skills and some experience in stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with direction provided by varying senior managers

You will be:

  • Educated to degree level or preferred but not essential
  • Able to absorb new technologies and features quickly through self-training and instruction
  • Willing to develop skills in conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages
  • Proactive and have the ability to effectively self-manage workload whilst balancing multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to adapt your own style to situations or the audience.
  • Able to work under pressure and interact credibly with HR and business colleagues; have a good level of tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Flexible in a fast changing environment

Bilingual in English and German an advantage but not essential.

Applicants must be eligible and able to work full time in Frankfurt.
