Task:The Technical Project Manager Substitutional Scanning (TPM Substitutional Scanning) is responsible for all technical aspects of the Substitutable Scanning Project to build an innovative solution for digitalisation of processes and workplaces.
The substitutional scanning initiative contains the signature and archiving implementation part of the Document Management Project, covering creation, validation and management of e-seals, timestamps, as well as the topics evidence preservation and data preservation.
Next to adequate technical skills and profound IT knowledge, effective project team leadership and experience in project management are necessary to ensure delivery and deployment of the target solution in quality and in time.
The TPM Substitutional Scanning is responsible for
- Managing the technical elements of the project in accordance with the global project management: Coordinating and driving the technical part, ensuring a proper planning, governance, risk management and delivery timeline;
- Defining the project resource requirements for the technical part and detailed implementation plans;
- Coordination of external solution partners and subject matter experts;
- The delivery of the technical specification according to the functional, legal and compliance requirements, taking into account the relevant norms and standards;
- The integration of and alignment with central architecture and infrastructure teams;
- The setup, development and/or deployment of the solution system, consisting of internal and external components;
- Coordinating the system integration and technical, functional as well as load testing
- Diagnose and resolve projects or systems problems effectively
- Support project post implementation activities
Requirements (Must have):
- The job requires IT experience and knowledge in Substitutional Scanning, especially Digital Signatures/Seals and Long Term archiving, and the according technical norms.
- Security knowledge regarding the mechanism of trust centers, certificates and hash functionalities is essential
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking are prerequisites.
- Good communication skills, and intercultural experience
- Minimum ten years of working experience in IT and experience in project management
- Fluent in English and German
