Task:The mission contains the detailed analysis of the as is situation including direct and indirect cost up to the proposal of an detailed target design including estimation of future running costs and associated savings. However, not in scope is the substitution of OCR and classification activities of the single entities.
The Business Analyst Central Scanning is responsible for
- Detailed inventory of the as is situation of the entities, containing processes, technical setup, KPI and expenses of any kind;
- Collection of detailed functional specifications of today implementation and collection of requirements of the entities;
- Analyse with a critical and constructive point of view the requirements formulated by the entities;
- Draft common set of requirements of the entities on the basis of requirements collection;
- Draft potential target scenarios and score them based on developed scoring model;
- Run feasibility checks regarding technical, process, financial and strategic aspects;
- Drive decision process and achieve a conmen agreement on target scenario;
- Detail cost and savings analysis of the target scenario per entity, as well as main impacts and prerequisites for successful implementation;
- Draft project implementation roadmap;
- Draft functional specifications reflecting the target scenario;
- Ensure entity validation of all relevant points throughout the process and the validation of the dependencies with all stakeholders;
- Utilise project management tools and methodologies to deliver approved project outcomes;
- Handle reporting, in conjunction with the program manager, throughout the project
Requirements (Must have):
- Share knowledge about his/her area of expertise within the project team/entities;
- Experience in scan implementation and scan centralisation projects;
- Knowledge on the scan/external mailroom service providers landscape;
- Experience in project management methodology;
- Knowledge of process analysis, design and testing methods;
- Excellent analytical skills and systematic thinking are prerequisites;
- Good communication skills, and intercultural experience;
- Minimum ten years of working experience in IT and experience in project management
