Task:Implementation of change request in project OneSRM for client.
Focus on creation of solution designs after aligning requirements with the client and implementation of designed solution. On Request support of service pack upgrade.
Activities/deliverables:
Management of solution change requests; Impact analysis on requirement specification or functional solution design provided by the client including schedule impact, efforts/costs impact, resource impact and risks involved; Verification of acceptance criterias; Creation of technical solution design (functional and technical solution description) as scope of offer to the client; Creation of detailed technical solution design and components specification; Implementation (development and customizing), documentation and test of specified components; Integration of components and technical system test; Preparation of system for test
