TESTER/TEST ANALYST/TEST COORDINATOR/TEST MANAGER UAT
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced UAT Test lead
Description: |Role description: Test & Release Manager based in Wiesbaden, Germany
Responsibilities:
Coordinate towards the supplier and manage/support the clients UAT team
Work hand in hand with the current test manager for the project while taking the communication lead
Create branching test strategies needed and align them within client and the supplier
Responsible for delivery to ComboCard environments such as: UAT and Production
Plan ComboCard Releases in alignment with others in client and consider supplier releases, while focus on ComboCard timeline
Responsible to plan and deploy all project releases internally and align with supplier releases
Responsible to drive process/tools improvements related to UAT within the project
Propose process/tools improvements related to UAT with the client but also jointly with supplier
Provide input in Feature requirement/preparation sessions and to connect Features to different Test cases, including NFR
Provide support for operational User Acceptance Tests
Secure that all stakeholders are involved when planning a release to UAT and production
Soft skills
Be able to switch from detail level (test cases) to high level overview summarizing for a senior management
Work independently after short introduction period
Moderate test meetings efficiently and summarize them in accurate and clear way afterwards
Experience:
Test/Project Manager with extensive experience in UAT
3-5 Years of Test/Project Management experience in leading multiple teams internally and externally
At least 5 years' experience of working with joint releases considering dependencies between internal and external deployments
3-5 years of experience working in both, waterfall and agile methodology but also feature driven development
