My client is looking for an experienced Workday Consultant to work as part of a large HR transformation project. The client is a large multinational with headquarters in Germany.
The project is greenfield implementation with workday core HCM, rewards and recruitment being implemented, the client are aiming to go live by early next year.
Qualifications
Required:
2 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
Experience with at least 1 full life cycle Workday implementation
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience of stakeholder management.
Preferred:
Workday HCM certified
