For a client, a tier-1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are currently hiring a
Team leader Embedded development (automotive) (f/m)
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the development of components and whole systems in the field of active safety according to the standards of ISO 26262
- Decision regarding systems and the functions with internal and external partners
- Monitoring of the development of projects (respect of milestones, deadlines, quality standards)
- Control above modifications of system or components and above error reports
- Responsibility for documentation according to the criteria of automotive SPICE
- Responsibility for creation of patents, for technical research and for disclosure of invention
- Coordination of test drives
- Coordination of internal and external developers
- Developing the full potential of the team, training of new team members
Your profile:
-Technical degree (computer science, electrical engineering or related)
-Long experience as system developer for the automotive sector
-Very good background with different types of sensors (camera, Laser, radar), bus-systems and knowledge of their interaction in a car
-Knowledge of automotive standards (eg SPICE)
-Experience with driver assistance systems (ADAS)
-Organization skills and experience as team leader
-Experience with DOORS and requirement management
-English fluent, knowledge of German strongly desired
-Ready to travel
