IT-Projectmanager MiFIR (m/w) Ref. Nr.: 13818
Contractual relationship: Subcontractor / Freelancer
Duration: Asap until 31.12.2017, option for renewal
Location: Postcode 6 - Frankfurt am Main
Tasks:
- IT project manager to take the responsibility for the management of various deliverables to satisfy MiFIR regulatory requirements due on January 2nd 2018.
- Work closely with the team involved in testing and report directly to the Overall Test Manager who is based in London
- Help maintain overall project plan
- Actively communicate project status to Business stakeholders through regular face to face meetings , conference calls and written documentation
- Coordinate test team to ensure deliverables are being met
- Work closely with Test Managers to ensure all correct resources and tools are in place
- Help develop test plans and organise test workshops with all stakeholders
- Ensure scope of testing is being adhered to as per test concept
- Actively manage incidents in the SIT environments and ensuring issues are fixed in a timely manner by coordinating with the Test Manager
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements
- Coordination of overall acceptance process and handover to business for UAT
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in German and English, verbal and written
- People management, motivational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
- Test management and Regulatory Reporting experience would be a distinct advantage
- Experience in an investment banking role
- Knowledge of regulations (EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID, FATCA, FTT, etc.)
- Knowledge of HPQC and TFS
- Able to work in a highly dynamic environment with demanding users.
