• Develop use cases and select vendor – jointly with pilot OE
• Develop approach to ensure reusability / scalability to other countries/ languages
• Provide input to potential tender with global provider
• Conduct research on latest developments around Chatbot globallyQualifications
• Relevant Master’s degree advantageous
• Passion for digital (technology and business perspective)
• Tech savviness in digital innovation and IT design & development
• Experience in design thinking and agile project management a plus
• Project experience with technologies using Artificial Intelligence/Chatbot and / or Authentication nice to have
• Excellent English and good German skills (other languages a plus)Apply
