Change Manager - Stuttgart
My client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join them on a contract basis to assist with a major transformation programme centred around a challenging business acquisition. The successful candidate will need to be able to manage the change, working closely with the stakeholders to embed new technologies and support the new organisational structure in line with business objectives.
- Be accountable for managing change processes
- Set and manage priorities across multiple projects
- Be accountable for the Senior Stakeholder Management across internal and external parties
- Understand the need of the stakeholders
- Build up a strong network within the organisation
- Escalate issues where necessary, if required, to leadership in order to smooth projects/change deliveries
- Be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of team members where necessary
- Have experience in driving change and projects successfully, across large international organisations
- Think across own area of responsibilities, recognise further implications of own change activities.
- Support scoping of organisation alignment and training activities
Candidate should have:
- Have experience of integrating business processes and technology following acquisitions and business mergers
- Candidates will need to be someone who can influence the change managements process.
- University degree in business studies or a similar education/experience
- Minimum 5 years in a Change Management
- Change Management Certification
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Teamwork, good organisational skills, engaging and flexible
- Experience working within the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry is desirable
