CAD/PLM Service ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute a Transition plan, activities, Knowledge transition and service transition from incumbent supplier.
- Set up the Steady state of services for Wave1 within 2-3 months, continue to onboard Wave2 of services / users / applications.
- Provide ‘service’ directly to end-users as well by taking requests coming from phone, service management tool, emails , solving them, routing them to L3 etc.
- Track and measure KPIs, report, identify improvement opportunities.
- Core CAD / PLM understanding is required, with a domain context of Engineering in Aerospace / Manufacturing / Engineering / Design Office / R&D.
- Improve efficiency, optimize service delivery model, resourcing, across various locations of service in Europe (mainly Germany and France), with an offshore delivery set up in India.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 5+ of relevant experience in the field of Industrial Engineering (Aerospace is considered a plus).
- CAD PLM (program lifecycle management) with Service domain experience.
- Superior studies in engineering field; Using and reading technical drawings, operating in CAD.
- IT skills: using at advanced level Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Strong analytical, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- A focus on customer service/satisfaction with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
- German and English fluent.
