We are currently looking for a Compliance Effectiveness Tester (m&f) to help our client
Initial Situation:
Our client needs to analyze the need, the gap to a target picture and define requirements and design processes as well as procedures with regards to its own Compliance effectiveness testing approach
Objective Service:
The respective candidate will join the Compliance Topics Implementation Program at AGCS and will need to conduct a pre-study to derive implementation options for Compliance Effectiveness Testing as well as document recommendations on necessary measures for implementation.
Service Description:
Conduction a pre-study to derive implementation options for Compliance Effectiveness Testing
evaluate Group requirementsexecute gap analysis (what type of testing is already performed by which function / which type of testing is still missing)
design testing scenario including alignment with respective business / governance functions
design & develop oversight process
Skill-Anforderungen:
experienced subject matter expert on implementing an effectiveness testing within global companies
profound legal / compliance background
knowhow on Compliance related topics such as Economic Sanctions, Trade Sanctions, Data Privacy, Anti Trust
well versed on interacting within global organizations on both OE level as well as Group level
understand challenges of global organization
process understanding
conceptual thinker
very good English skills
