Task description
• Analyzing, documenting and optimizing of business processes
• Definition of target business processes
• Identifying of gaps in as-is business processes and target business processes
• Set-up of these processes
• Creating the processes in ADONIS

Qualifications
• Good knowledge of insurance business processes
• Experienced in insurance business processes (optimization) projects
• Experience with Pega is mandatory
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and application development processes
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to build working relationships in a complex environment
• Fluent in English and in German
