PMO (part time)
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a PMO on a part time basis for our client in Germany.

Capacity: 50% - 20h/week
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Rate: EUR per day all in
Requested Profile:
- 6+ years Project Support or Resource Management experience
- PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook - Intermediate
- Organisational Skills
- Communication skills
- English - must have
- German - nice to have
Support is required in the following areas:
- Operational project Management support. eg consulting in setting up and maintenance of the project task structure and applying all changes during project. Consulting in definition design and set up of project management reports.
- Financial: preparation and creation of weekly and monthly pivot reports collection and consolidation of all changes in weekly basis
- Resource management: supporting resource assignment structure to the project. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Applying adjustments.
