Our client wants abilities and previous experience with:
- monitoring the status of milestones in customer databases
- meeting partners and customers on process defined meetings and escalations
- partner engagement by weekly face-to-face meetings (to make sure partner are delivering accordingly)
- delivering on time and quality, by tracking all milestones and synchronizing the reporting with defined partners and customers
- coordinating and executing of the work towards defined partners
- internal alignment with all client departments involved
- process delivery according to WLA, process flow and KPI's
Skills you need for this position:
- very good knowledge/experience in a ticketing process tool
- good knowledge of an archiving tool in order to archive post-incident documentation and work with a data base for milestones, dates
- practical knowledge in MS Office, Excel reporting and formulas
- very good German language skills (written & spoken)
