For our client, a global insurance company focussing on cologne we are looking for a Project Assistant (PMO) - IT/Asset & Licence Management (f/m) on a freelance basis.
Project Start: 01.06.2017
Project duration: 31.12.2017
Location: Cologne
Main Tasks:
- SPOC for Infrastructure-Managers: Organise meetings, coordinate topics and situations. Maintain the full issue list in the area of infrastructure
- Asset-Management: Concentrate on daily business and change with the Asset-Data Team
- License-Management: Concentrate on daily business and coordinate software logistics
- Cataloguing: Concentrate on daily business and create new Catalogue-Items
- Service-Point: Manage open issues and problems
- Provider Mgmt: Meetings with suppliers and handle their needs, coordination, situations, maintain open topics
Requirements (technical):
- Strong IT background
- ITIL Certification
- MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS Project) is a plus.
- Service Know-How background
Language:
- German & English: fluent
