For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant Data SecurityProject Description:
Program Management support for the Cyber Defense Program at our client, which includes >20 initiatives in the area of IT Security, Compliance, Governance and Technology
Task Description:
Prepare and manage regular Program management reporting
Prepare, manage und lead regular meetings and review sessions
Perform qualitative and logical quality checks against defined targets, e.g. financials, content or timing
Create an overall program plan and keep current, based on all initaitives
Guide initiative owners through client's PM and financial processes incl. detailed planning of committed costs against Budget cycles
Align with major stakeholders on progress, deviations, risk, required escalations and changes
Drive improvements and escalation process
