We are looking for a Planning & Performance Manager (m/w) in Berlin:Responsibilities:
Supporting the Product Family Core Team in all planning & performance related matters
Establishing and updating the Product Roadmap, including leading the harmonization and integration of related projects roadmap/plans (PSD, ROQ, RCS) and sub-schedules from all parties (engineering, other global functions) involved in the project
Tracking and reporting progress against the baseline roadmap and continuously monitoring risks and opportunities as well as proactively developing scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required
Supporting the Product engine Core Team representatives in communicating schedule objectives or issues to stakeholders
Producing the Product Family Dashboard ensuring appropriate KPI ownership within the Product Family Core Team
Leading the establishment of the Product (& related projects) standardized WBS, the identification of deliverables and the monitoring of related Work packages
Ensuring that the WBS complies to the relevant standards so as to allow consistent progress & cost control across the Product engine
Establishing / consolidating the resource planning and capacity assessment of the product family Team / organization
Skills:
Engineering degree is an asset
Typically minimum 8 years of experience in relevant role
Knowledge of relevant software (Primavera, MS Project)
Excellent knowledge of or certification in Project Management practices (e.g. PMBOK, Prince…)
International experience
Excellent knowledge and experience on complex projects planning & proven track record
Excellent knowledge and experience in performance management (dashboard & KPIs)
Good knowledge of project and cost control
Working experience either in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Bids, Sales, or Finance
Fluent English skills
