My client has an exciting opportunity for an SAP A2R Process Manager to work with our global client on their business implementation, 60% remote working with European travel all paid for by the client, with lengthy contract and a high chance for an extension. The successful candidate will have experience in using Trintech Cadenc and can successfully streamline A2R Processes. You will drive the Account-to-Report (GL, Reporting and FA processes) and Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash (Customer Qualification & Master Data; Customer invoicing; Operational Credit Management; Cash Collections and Dunning; Cash Applications; Bad Debt management) Process and Transformation Management. This includes the processes executed within our clients Business Services as well as within the local country Finance teams. The right person has the ability to identify problems and define solutions including implementation plans. You are a good communicator with an ability to report at inter-company level - in a multicultural environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the projects for Account-to-Report end-to-end processes on a regional level
- Support the team in identifying, address and align necessary innovations and transformation initiatives as part of the A2R/Ci2C End-to-End process (to shape global/regional roadmaps)
- Coordinate regional transformation projects (incl. IS/IT implementations as egTrintech Cadency) & continuous improvement initiatives applying Lean principles (deliverables/concepts)
- Facilitate workshops to define gap analysis/continuous improvement etc
- Support defining and implementing the A2R/Ci2C global operating model for the region Europe
- Responsible for budget preparation to achieve projects' goals and prepare for project approval
- Closely collaborates with external parties (BPO provider; Third party consulting firms) and SBS/our client's key internal stakeholders (Corporate Finance, ITS, )
- Relevant certification in project/program management is a must Sound knowledge of Basic Lean prinicples is a major asset (L1 training) Six Sigma Green belt certification is a plus
Experience and specific knowledge:
- 2-3 years direct work experience in Project Management capacity
- 3-5 years direct work experience in Account-to-Report process area
- 1-2 years direct work experience in Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash process area is a plus
- Proficient in project management software
- Background in accounting/experience as General Ledger/Fixed Asset/AR Accountant on country level is a plus
- Track record in driving and managing process standardization and improvement projects
- Experience in working in a Shared Services environment/BPO provider is a plus
- Background as an auditor within an external or internal audit environment is a plus
- International background with exposure to multicultural environments is a plus
